Biden praises labor in the 'Burgh
Vice President Joe Biden, accompanied by Sen. Arlen Specter, D-Pa., addresses the crowd Monday before the start of the Labor Day parade in Pittsburgh. Biden touted organized labor as the backbone of the country and stressed how the stimulus package already has benefitted thousands of Pennsylvanians.
