PITTSBURGH — A judge has ruled against an agency seeking information on police actions during last year's Group of 20 economic summit in Pittsburgh.

Allegheny County Judge R. Stanton Wettick said in a decision Thursday that state law forbids Pittsburgh police from turning over complete arrest reports to a citizen review board.

The Citizen Police Review Board wants the documents to investigate allegations of police misconduct.
