GREENSBURG, Pa. — Two people have been charged with killing two llamas in separate shootings last week in Western Pennsylvania.

Nineteen-year-old Cody Craig Steiner was charge with cruelty to animals and criminal mischief and a 17-year-old was also charged, though police aren't releasing the teen's name because of his age.

A Pittsburgh newspaper reports that Steiner and the 17-year-old told police they were driving around Oct. 24 when they decided to shoot something.

The llamas killed were both pets of two separate families, who offered a reward for any information on the shootings.

Steiner told a Pittsburgh TV station that he was sorry for the shootings and wishes he could take it back.
