PITTSBURGH Pittsburgh Penguins fans can now own a piece of the old Civic Arena.

Seats from the old building went on sale Thursday. The team and the Sports and Exhibition Authority announced that Penguins season-ticket holders will be able to buy the seats from now until Nov. 30. After that, the sale will be opened to the general public.

SHIPPENSBURG — A 22-year-old man has been charged with raping a 16-year-old girl in a Shippensburg University dormitory.Fanus Izak Coetzee, who gave police an address in Hummelstown, is in Cumberland County Prison on $150,000 bail.Police say he and the girl were in a group that traveled from Dauphin County to Shippensburg on Sept. 18 for several campus parties.The girl became ill from drinking and told police she realized she was raped after regaining consciousness.Coetzee told police that the girl was somewhat cooperative during their encounter.He was arraigned Monday.
