Lawyer nominated for fed court seat
PITTSBURGH — An attorney who advises the agency that oversees Pittsburgh’s professional sports stadiums is President Obama’s nominee for a vacant seat on the U.S. District Court.
The president nominated Mark Hornak a partner at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.
