CONNELLSVILLE — Pennsylvania State Police have issued a warrant for a woman accused of hitting a man with her car after he came to repossess it.

Police say 43-year-old Donald Joseph Spencer suffered leg and hip injuries Sunday night when he went to the Dunbar Township home Roxanne Vanorsdale, 46.

Spencer told police that he told Vanorsdale that he was going to repossess her car and that instead she got inside and started to drive away. Police say she struck Spencer and left and they have not been able to find her.

She faces charges of recklessly endangering another person and careless driving.

PITTSBURGH — A volunteer firefighter is charged with sexually assaulting two boys.Allegheny County Police charged 40-year-old Jerome Kirsch Jr. on Monday with assaulting the boys when they were between the ages of 10 and 14. Police say one of the alleged victims is the son of Kirsch’s former girlfriend.Kirsch is a member of the Brentwood Volunteer Fire Company.
