What I said was why if a GUN was NOT in the CAR or on the Drunk Drivers Person he should lose his rights to own one. It was no where around during the crime. I said nothing about kids in the car so ill say it differently for your thick head. If you get picked up driving drunk and your kids are at home say 30 miles away.. Just like the hunting rifle in your homes gun cabinet. Then child services should take your kids away from you because you got a DUI and are irresponsible. Same as losing you gun rights Right?
