You do not need to preach to me. I am sure if there were a problem at home, the court would not have allowed the boy to go back home, as they did. CYS needs to abide by the law as well, taking a child from his home because of a problem at school is nonsense. The man in question was taken to jail, he is no longer in the home. You appear very defensive over my opinion. I agree that if there is violence in the home, it should be addressed, but that was not what this situation was about. The child has every right to be with a loving parent/caregiver. I did hear on the news the child was returned home. Parents can file civil lawsuits you know. And they usually do. If anyone out there has abusive issues with their mate, by all means address it. I did not ASSUME that in this particular school/CYS problem, there had to be problems at home. I question the security system at the school as well and the horrible way this way addressed to begin with. I deal with the facts not what people assume about the families home life.
