Greg , let me remind you of something. We are in this mess currently because of the Texas hayseed Bush who happened to be a Republican.I have no idea why you are intent on ripping up President Obama who has been in office only since January. He did not create this mess, he is however the one that America has entrusted to deal with it.It is the first time in a long while that I have seen any type of leadership or accountability in the White House. I applaud his efforts.Are they on the right path? Who knows. No one knows for sure. I think everyone is in agreement on that.I would say this to you though. Please give him a chance before you start criticizing his efforts. If after 4 years there is no improvement then you might have a legitimate argument, but to expect miracles overnight on something that took many years to develop is in my opinion unfair, and I cannot help but think your opinion might be based on something other than politics on this matter, at least that is how it looks to me. As far as the bailout goes no one likes it but everyone Republican and Democrat alike all agree it is necessary. If nothing else , at least President Obama has gotten limits set on the company Ceo's who used to take millions in pay. Now those involved with bailout money at least have a cap on what they are permitted to make. I personally think they should make nothing until the money is pad back to the tax payers but I guess it was a necessary compromise.Also , I am not going to sit here and be thankful to the rich for my paycheck, the fact of the matter is there wouldn't be any rich without the sweat and blood from all the middle class folks. They need us as much as we need them , so round and round we go.It makes no sense to me to point the finger at the new guy who inherited a mess to deal with. He just happens to be the one who got ahold of the hot potato. Of all the choices we had for President, we couldn't have elected a more personable, intelligent, leader than we elected. He is in touch with the times and will make friends with other nations instead of enemies, He will also put dignity back into the White house instead of incompetance. But it won't happen overnight.
