Duquesne sues insurer Highmark
PITTSBURGH — Duquesne University is suing insurer Highmark Inc., claiming the company mishandled its prescription drug plan for the past three years.
Duquesne filed the lawsuit Tuesday. The university seeks to recover $1.75 million it says it overpaid between July 2007 and July 2010.
A Highmark spokesman declined to comment.
