Pittsburgh man pleads guilty to drug delivery in Butler County
A Pittsburgh man, charged alongside four others with drug delivery in Butler County, pleaded guilty to the crime in county court on Wednesday.
Bryant K. Wells Jr., 26, of Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty to two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance — heroin and crack cocaine — before county Judge Timothy McCune.
The plea agreement calls for a sentence of 24 to 48 months in state prison, and Wells is scheduled for sentencing on Aug. 31.
Bryant Wells continues to be held on $75,000 bail; Marcus A. Wells and Jemeal M. Youngblood, both of Pittsburgh, are being held on $50,000 bail each; and Maryrose M. Hatfield, of Butler Township, is being held on $25,000 bail. Breanna J. Aldrich, of Connellsville, posted her $25,000 the day after the charges.
The other four await further court proceedings.
