Cass - Never said I was a Republican, but none-the-less; I've never been opposed to spending money on our infrastructure here. It is something our politicians should have been doing for the last 75 years instead of all the social engineering programs since Lyndon Johnson's term as President. If we had been doing that our roads and bridges would not be falling apart. As for rebuilding a country following their defeat - look what happened when no one re-built Germany after WW-I. Caused WW-II, which was more destructive. After a war you have to give the defeated people something to work toward - like we did after WW-II. Oh, that idea is a Democrat idea, too.
