Don't have to watch them. All she has to do is look at her paystub and see that they took it out of her withholdings for Federal tax. Less paid in means less to cover what you owe. But I guess if she is one of those that gets back more than she pays in, she'll have no problem. She'll just be getting less and complaining about that.
