Lawyers for a Pennsylvania woman imprisoned for killing an FBI agent have come to an agreement with the government on the amount of restitution owed to the victim’s family.

Christina Korbe is serving more than 15 years for fatally shooting Special Agent Sam Hicks during a raid to arrest her husband on drug trafficking charges in 2008. The government and Korbe’s lawyers had differed greatly on the estimated economic loss Hicks’ family faces.
