Passing• Peyton Manning went 26-of-38 for 400 yards, his seventh-highest total ever, and had a 129.3 rating in a 43-24 win against Houston. He passed for three TDs.• Rex Grossman, Bears, set career highs with 289 yards and four touchdown passes in a 34-7 victory over Detroit. He went 20-for-27 with no interceptions.• Carson Palmer, Bengals, threw for 352 yards and his first two touchdowns of the season as Cincinnati beat Cleveland 34-17. It was Palmer's sixth 300-yard game and the second-highest total of his career.• Drew Brees, Saints, overcame three early turnovers by completing 26 of 41 passes for 353 yards and two TDs in a 34-27 win at Green Bay.• Donovan McNabb, Eagles, threw for 350 yards and two touchdowns, but Philadelphia blew a 24-7 lead and lost 27-24 to the Giants.

Rushing• LaDainian Tomlinson, Chargers, ran for 71 yards and two first-half touchdowns in a 40-7 rout of the Titans, tying Hall of Fame wide receiver Lance Alworth atop the Chargers' all-time list with 83 career scores. He was spelled by backup Michael Turner, who ran for 138 yards on 13 carries.• Minnesota's ChesterTaylor carried 24 times for 113 yards in a 16-13 overtime win over Carolina.• Cincinnati's Rudi Johnson ran for 145 yards and two touchdowns in a 34-27 win.• The Falcons set a franchise record with 306 yards rushing in a 14-3 win over Tampa Bay. Warrick Dunn ran for 134 yards, Michael Vick rushed for 127 and rookie Jerious Norwood added 45. It was the most yards rushing against Tampa Bay in franchise history, topping the previous high of 299 yards by the Los Angeles Rams in 1984.

Receiving• Marvin Harrison, Colts, finished with seven receptions for 127 yards, his second straight 100-yard game, and passed Art Monk for fifth on the career receptions list. He now has 942 catches, two more than Monk's career total. Teammate Reggie Wayne also had a big day, catching six passes for 135 yards in a 43-24 win over the Texans.• Troy Williamson, Vikings, had six catches for 102 yards, all after halftime, in a 16-13 OT victory against the Panthers.• Donald Driver, Packers, had eight catches for 153 yards, but the Packers lost to New Orleans 34-27.• Chris Henry, who pleaded guilty to a gun charge five days earlier, led the Bengals with five catches for 113 yards in a 34-17 win over Cleveland.• Amani Toomer, Giants, had 12 catches for 137 yards and two TDs, including a 37-yard score in New York's 30-24 OT win.• Keyshawn Johnson, Panthers, had five receptions for 106 yards, but Carolina lost 16-13 in overtime.
