I'd like to thank Father Murphy of St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church in Meridian and the Pittsburgh Diocese for their continued support of Butler Township Baseball and Softball. They are allowing the Butler Township Baseball Association to use the fields on the church property and are working with them to possibly construct a new road to access the fields. This allows our children to continue a 50 year long tradition of playing baseball in our community, something that would not be possible without the gracious cooperation of the Church. I'm so happy to see they have the best interests of the children, and the community as a whole, in their hearts.
