Greg, how did Obama spend $5 trillion in 100 days? You just made that number up. Are you saying he literally spent that much money. If you are, you are wrong. Plus, check out Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution, the commerce clause. Congress can regulate commerce. If you knew the Constitution, you would know what was in Article I.
