All kidding aside, I do agree that anyone that wants to move, has that option. But, Butler City itself is a rather small town; the small town has at least 6 drug and alcohol facilites and way more mental health facilities. Is that a good thing or a big thing? Butler city is kind of known for its drug and alcohol treatment programs. On one hand thats a good thing, but is it in so much excess that Butler City has been attracting more drug addicts now than ever before? As far as the illiteracy, I think that could be almost anywhere. There has to be moderation in the amount of facilities for drug abuse or maybe the town is thriving financially with these establishments and we may even see more of them. When a town caters to the mentally disabled and the drug addicted, what can one expect? There's too much of it in one small town and the rest of the residents are sick of it!!!!! Regular folk are out numbered. Butler City isn't all bad, yet.
