Dave, wow, for someone who makes well over what the average American, average American teacher, and average South Butler teacher makes, you sure complain alot about other teacher's salaries. Maybe your employer could better compete if they got rid of your salary and just paid you on your performance. Finally, if you do not like your current pay and benefits, why not find another job? You recomended that to South Butler teachers who do not like their current salary, why not do that yourself and find another job? If not, stop wasting everyone's time on this board by complaining about your benefits.
