PITTSBURGH — A Tennessee man has been arrested and charged with more than 100 counts of child rape and abuse in Pennsylvania involving three young girls in Mercer County.

State police allege in a release Monday that Michael David Lewis, 40, of Nashville, Tenn., raped and assaulted the three girls at various times between 2009 and 2011. Police said the girls ranged in age from 9 to 14 at the time of the alleged assaults.

Trooper Troy Owen said Lewis is a former resident of Mercer County, who has been gone for some time, but he would occasionally come back and visit.

Lewis is charged with 120 counts of rape of a child, 121 counts of aggravated indecent assault, 142 counts of corruption of minors, two counts of furnishing liquor to minors, two counts of photographing/filming a sex act-child on a computer and other offenses.
