The 16th annual Ellwood City Oktoberfest is Saturday, Oct. 3 in Ewing Park, Ellwood City.

The event will take place from noon to 5 p.m. rain or shine, and is a fundraiser for the Ellwood City Wolves Club Den II and the Rotary Club of Ellwood City.

The Wrangler Band will be on hand to provide music in the park. Food sampling includes pretzels, pepperoni puffs, haluski, beer cheese, sauerkraut & kielbasi, a variety of sliders, hot dogs and french fries. There will be more than 100 buckets in the annual Bucket Raffle.

Advanced tickets are $35 or $40 at the door. They can be purchased through any member of the Wolves or Rotary Clubs, at Pete’s Uptown and Ellwood City Candy Company. This year, proceeds benefit the Ellwood City Historical Society.
