I agree the teachers aren't going to get what they want. It is also clear that teachers are not going to accept what the board is offering. Perhap, it is time to reach a compromise. Holding the line by either side, only prolongs this dispute to the benefit of no one except parties that get paid by the hour to "negotiate". Until there is a push from the South Butler community to settle this, this dispute will go on and on....
