Bill, well said. Tom King is a major thorn in negotiations wherever he is involved. Told to me by a reliable source, he has walked into NEGOTIATIONS numerous times and simply told the teachers here is the board's offer, take it or leave it. take it or leave it. Then, he took his $150 an hour salary and went home. Why aren't all of these SBCSD taxpayers screaming about Tom King simply laying down a piece of paper, leaving the room, and making $150 for it from the taxpayers?

If Dave is man enough to criticize others (I would hope he is going to criticize Tom King for wasting taxpayer's money by not doing his job), then he should be man enough to disclose his occupation. Not necessarily where he works, but at least what he does since he makes more than the average American, average American teacher, and average American taxpayer. Again, my bet is he has some type of job in which people would scoff at his making $57K and probably could disappear tomorrow and no one would notice.
