Is anyone else fed up with the City Police and their lack of doing their job? I am talking about people not stopping at STOP signs (heck sometimes they don't even slow down), people going the wrong way on a one way or parking the wrong way, sitting with their four ways on right in front of a sign that says "NO PARKING", parking by fire hydrants, pulling their vehicles across the sidewalk and you have to walk on the road to get back on the sidewalk.

Then there are the people who drive without their headlights. I thought it would be easy for people to remember the rule also about driving with your lights on if the windshield wipers were in operation. However, I have seen the City Police AND the State Police just completely ignore these people.

And lastly, come on people - QUIT texting and talking on your cell phone. Please pull over so as not to put me and my children in danger from your stupidity. I wish to GOD they would outlaw both texting and talking on the cell phone while driving!

Let's see there was a girl from Bruin who killed a girl on a motorcycle last year while texting and driving. To my knowledge, she is still driving and has not received a sentence. I wonder what her husband and family feel about the lact of respect and also to our government for the lack of prosecution in this matter. Personally, I would like to take her out to the woods, slather her in honey after tying her to a tree and letting the animals have their way. Sound cruel? What do you think the family has went through?
