Jason Festog has graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.Festog is the son of David and Laurie Festog of Butler.He is a 2005 graduate of Butler High School.———

Air Force Airman <B>Stephen Best</B> has graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.Best is the son of Walter and Diana Best of Butler.He is a 1999 graduated of Butler High School.———

Air Force Airman <B>Nicholas Cypher</B> has graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, where he earned distinction as an honor graduate.He is the son of Cindy Cypher of Butler.The airman is a 2003 graduate of Knoch High School.———

<B>Joshua Robison</B>, son of John and Robin Robison of Lyndora, entered the delayed entry program for the Air Force on May 18.Robison, a 2003 graduate of Butler High School, shipped to basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas on June 6.———

Air Force Reserve Staff Sgt. <B>Christopher Johns</B> is currently deployed overseas at a forward-operating location in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.Johns, an aerospace medical services journeyman, is normally assigned to the 911th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, Coraopolis.He is the son of James and Charlene Johns of Cabot.His wife, Jennifer, is the daughter of Christopher and T.J. Green of Mechanicsville, Md.The sergeant is a 2000 graduate of Knoch High School and received an associate degree in 2005 from the Community College of the Air Force.———

Army Maj. <B>William Bajcz</B>, son of William and Ascension Bajcz of Lyndora, recently attended the Army Management College, Fort Lee, Va., and has returned to Fort Leavenworth, Kan.At the college, he completed the Logistic Executive Development Counsel, the Army's senior logistic course to prepare officers for a key logistics executive position.Bajcz was commended for being a volunteer sponsor to an international officer assisting the allied officer to graduate from the course.
