Daniel Cunningham has completed basic and advanced training at Fort Benning, Ga., and currently is serving with Co. A 1/112th Infantry.He is the son of Gloria Jackson of Butler and grandson of George and Gloria Raiders of Meridian.——Senior Airman
Aaron Waite, Expeditionary Medical Operations 96th Aerospace Medicine Squadron 96th Medical Group, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the son of Robert and Terry Waite of Butler.He recently received the Air Force Material Command Expeditionary Medical Operations Airman of the Year Award for 2006. He also received Rising Star Award for professionalism and appearance in October 2005.Waite is in charge of the deployment and safe return of about 300 medical personnel per year. The airman is a member of Airmen Against Drunk Driving. He is a part-time student at Okaloosa Walton College. He plays on the Eglin Air Force Base softball and dodgeball teams.Currently, he is training for a five-month deployment to Kirkuk Regional Air Base in Iraq.——
Air Force Staff Sgt. <B>Keith Black</B> has deployed to the Persian Gulf region to support the mission of Operation Enduring Freedom as a member of the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing.He is normally assigned to the 744th Communications Squadron, Andrews Air Force Base, Camp Springs, Md.Black, a communications computer systems control technician with six years of military service, is the son of Richard and Susan Black of Butler.The recently promoted staff sergeant is a 2000 graduate of Butler High School.
