SLIPPERY ROCK — Zac Bishop pitched four scoreless innings of relief, allowing one hit with seven strikeouts, to key North Coast (Ohio) to a 3-1 triumph over Slippery Rock in Prospect League baseball Friday.

Matt McAllester had a single and two RBI to lead the Knights (11-10), who also received a double from Evan Melendez.

North Coast scored two runs in the eighth inning off reliever Brad Duffy to break a 1-all tie en route to the win.

The loss offset the performance by the Sliders' Andrew Morris, who allowed one run on three hits over seven innings with 11 strikeouts.

Matt Howard had a single and an RBI while Derek Carr, Jacob Petkac, Nick Spisak, Marcus Breeden and Mike Devine each added hits for Slippery Rock (11-14).
