Just as there were Supreme Court decisions in favor of slave owners before there was a constitutional amendment against slavery, there have been rulings by this court to support the choice of women and their bodies. The Court needs to face science. With modern technology it is known through using DNA the identification of individuals. So here is the contradiction in law with regard to women's bodies, child birth, and DNA. Since DNA can determine individual identities, how is it that a woman who chooses sexual activity,which gives effect to pregnancy,have separate male DNA and/or separate female DNA? Because this DNA science exists and is used everyday in American courts to prove identities it has validity. This science should be applied to our Supreme Court's legal opinions to provide a better understanding of what exactly is a woman's body.
