The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Aug. 31 — Mason Austin O’Bryon, 25, of Forward Township, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 31 crash. Police said O’Bryon had a blood alcohol content of 0.241%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Aug. 26 — Tylor Jeremy Messina, 21, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Aug. 26 incident. Police said Messina punched a man in the face.

Aug. 27 — Robert Lee Evans, 61, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of loitering, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 27 incident. Police said Evans was hiding in the backyard of a residence and had suspected crack cocaine and two smoking pipes.

Aug. 28 — Michael Paul Henry, 45, was charged with felony failure to verify information with police following an Aug. 24 investigation. Police said Henry failed to verify his address with police for the Megan’s Law registry.

Aug. 29 — Tiffany Nikole Barton, 28, of Butler, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault following an Aug. 29 incident. Police said Barton got on top of a man and strangled him.

Aug. 30 — Vanessa Sue Hunter, 39, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 30 incident. Police said she pulled away from officers and had a glass smoking pipe.

Aug. 30 — Daelin Joseph Harris, 26, was charged with felony trespassing following an Aug. 30 incident. Police said Harris entered a residence where he was not permitted.

Aug. 31 — Tyler James Karch, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following an Aug. 31 incident. Police said Karch was scattering trash in the road.

Sept. 1 — Jasmine Marie Hans, 24, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 29 incident. Police said Hans had a smoking pipe.

Sept. 1 — Brandon James Keene, 39, was charged with felony fleeing police and misdemeanor DUI following a July 11 traffic stop. Police said Keene attempted to flee from police and tested positive for fentanyl, methamphetamine and THC.

Aug. 28 — Brianna Nicole O’Malley, 30, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 12 incident. Police said O’Malley had crack cocaine, methamphetamine, a glass smoking pipe and related paraphernalia.

Sept. 1 — William R. Claypoole Jr., 27, of New Castle, was charged with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, felony criminal use of a communication facility and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 25 incident in Cranberry Township. Police said Claypoole had a gram of cocaine.

Aug. 26 — Craig Robert Vigrass, 27, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Aug. 26 incident. Police said Vigrass choked and punched a man multiple times.

Sept. 1 — Keith Joseph Gary, 42, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 28 traffic stop. Police said Gary tested positive for THC.

Aug. 24 — McKayla Jo McGinnis, 27, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a June 9 traffic stop in Marion Township. Police said McGinnis had marijuana.

Aug. 24 — Bryanna Leon Bowser, 46, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a July 24 incident in Cherry Valley. Police said Bowser had suspected methamphetamine and stamp bags used for carrying illicit substances.

Aug. 24 — Brandon James Keene, 39, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession and two misdemeanor counts of DUI and a misdemeanor count drug paraphernalia possession following a July 24 incident in Cherry Valley. Police said Keene had suspected methamphetamine, stamp bags used for carrying illicit substances and showed signs of impairment.

Aug. 26 — Gary J. Tichansky, 41, was charged with felony false written statement and misdemeanor statement under penalty following a Sept. 23, 2023, incident in Oakland Township. Police said Tichansky answered falsely on a firearms application.

Aug. 28 — Joseph P. Belschner, 42, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following an April 18 incident in Cherry Township. Police said Belschner caused $1,450 in damage to a cross country trail.

Aug. 28 — James Thomas Matuke III, 37, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following an Aug. 21 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Matuke spit in the back of a patrol vehicle.

Aug. 31 — Andrew K. Bouvier, 44, of Vermont, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 31 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Bouvier tested positive for THC.

Aug. 31 — Ashley Rashae Switzer, 29, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 21 traffic stop in Bruin. Police said Switzer had suspected methamphetamine and a smoking device.

Sept. 1 — Nikolas J. Oesterling, 18, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a June 12 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Oesterling tested positive for cocaine and THC and had suspected cocaine and THC product wrappers.

Sept. 1 — Troy Aaron Pisor, 49, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Aug. 9 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Pisor showed signs of impairment.

Sept. 1 — Robert Fleming Huey, 43, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 7 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Huey tested positive for cocaine, MDMA and THC among other substances.

Sept. 1 — Robin A. Grubor, 43, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 6 incident in Center Township. Police said Grubor tested positive for fentanyl and cocaine.

Sept. 1 — Angelo L. Brown, 24, of Muddy Creek Township, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a July 5 incident in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Brown drove off a road through a fence into a cattle pasture, causing $3,910 in damage, and then left the scene.

Sept. 1 — Kobe O. McGill, 24, of Butler Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 8 traffic stop in Middlesex Township. Police said McGill had a blood alcohol content of 0.157%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
