Rinker tied for 2nd at Mystic Rock
FARMINGTON, Pa. — Slippery Rock native Brett Rinker shot and even-par 72 in the first round of the Nemacolin Junior Classic at Mystic Rock Wednesday.
Rinker, who will be a Slippery Rock High sophomore in the fall, is one stroke off the lead that is shared by six golfers.
The tournament is a 54-hole event with a field of108 boys from 19 states, Thailand, Indonesia, the United Kingdom and Canada.
The tournament continues today.
