BOSTON — After using their home-court advantage to the fullest, the Boston Celtics get no respite.

Next up following their seven-game survival against the Atlanta Hawks will be LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

"They're a group that's defending Eastern Conference champs," Kevin Garnett said Sunday, after a 99-65 rout of the Hawks sent Boston into the second round of the playoffs.

Garnett had 18 points and 11 rebounds, while Paul Pierce scored 22 points.
