In regards to teachers only working 6 hours a day and 180 days a year. Give me a break. Come teach with me for one month and then issue that statement. I don't pretend to know what goes on at your work, so don't pretend you know what goes on at mine. Yes, you sat through it as a student...but did you follow the teacher home and watch them grade tests and papers at night? Don't forget about the classes we are mandated to take to stay certified. Nothing is more frustrating than stupid comments such as those. I'll glady give you a day to day routine schedule as to what I do? Can I also remind you that I can only go to the bathroom when my students go to lunch? Try that one.
