Qualifications
I agree. A person with excellent qualifications can't get a job in this area. The school boards votes in their friends, relatives, and anyone else that they may faintly know by some type of association! A good honest educated person ( teacher) can't get a fair shake in this area! But, I got my position FOR WHAT I KNOW NOT WHO I KNOW!!
