See Laura's post is the true nature of most persons. The attitude is all about me. She is not worried about other professions that have to deal with the same issues as teaching...long hours....job security....etc...she is only concerned with hers and this is why no one wants to hear teachers whine about money or healthcare...its the same for everyone. You chose yours so deal with it. We all have issues.

Honestly I would rather pay $3000 a year and send my child to private school do away with listening to "public servants" as teacher like to throw out like they are doing us a favor. It should be we are doing you a favor and paying your wages, jsut like a politician...oh guess what there are term limits. Maybe thats a thought. We vote in teachers..let them have there unions..but every two years we get to vote who we keep. LOL. Nice.
