Mark 100% agree set limits and vote for your teachers just like politicians. That is a wonderful idea. Then they can be judged fairly and honestly. Then we can pay them there fair wage and we are to blame if we dont like who we put in. But the beauty is we can vote them out. AWESOME POST MARK!!
