With the obvious inability of the South Butler School Directors to interview and approve a community member to fill a 2 year spot on the board in one meeting is indicative of their inability not only to appoint a community member who is willing to serve (which there were many willing to do that)but also to bargain with their current employees. I guess they will have to go to some kind of arbitration in this case as well.
