LOS ANGELES — Actress and TV personality Jayne Meadows, who often teamed with her husband Steve Allen, has died.

Meadows’ son, Bill Allen, says she died Sunday in her home in the Encino area of Los Angeles.

A spokesman said Meadows died of natural causes.

The red-haired Meadows, 95, was best known as Allen’s wife and the sister of “Honeymooners” star Audrey Meadows. But Jayne Meadows also appeared on Broadway and in movies, won three Emmy nominations for TV acting and was a staple of game shows.

She frequently teamed with Allen on his various talk shows. They married in 1954 and were together until his death in 2000.
