Sally Leigh Sutton Eckley, 73, of Butler, passed away Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born June 23, 1953, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Edward Sutton and Dorothy Kulp Sutton. Sally was a homemaker and also did volunteer work at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Ernst Eckley, whom she married Oct. 8, 1988; three brothers, Edward Sutton, of Cabot, John Sutton and his wife, Priscilla, of Sebring, Ohio, and Steve Sutton, of Butler; two nieces and one nephew.

In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by one sister-in-law, Edith “Edie” Sutton; and one niece, Emily Lynne Sutton.

ECKLEY — Friends of Sally Leigh Sutton Eckley, who died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at MARTIN FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.

Burial in Allegheny County Memorial Park will be private.
