Amid the total devastation, destruction and despair in Haiti, wacko Rush Limbaugh is actually inferring that Obama is happy this happened and is a way to "burnish his credibility with African Americans".

People are dying in the streets, and all the right wing can think about is how to take pot shots at the President, even telling people not to contribute because we already have through our income taxes. Incredible!
