Cass since you are not getting the point...I do care about the people of Haiti but we have a problem in this country: OUT OF BALANCE - The US government collected $219 billion of tax receipts in December 2009 but paid out $311 billion in federal expenditures, resulting in a $92 billion deficit for the month. It was the 15th consecutive monthly deficit, an all-time record for our nation (source: Treasury Department).

So I ask you..where are we getting all of this money? Do you have any idea what an impact this is going to have on our nation down the road? WE will be paying for the governments inability to balance the budget...not the people of Haiti!
