The Tuff Tornado Run will return to Alameda Park on Sept. 26, bringing a 2-mile muddy challenge to children and adults alike.
The run is an annual fundraiser for the Golden Tornado Scholastic Foundation, which supports Butler Area School District. The run includes 22 obstacles over 2 miles, and is often tackled by parents alongside their children.
The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 26 at the top loop of Alameda Park. There will also be food trucks and a 50/50 raffle during the run.
Registration costs $20 for children ages 5 to 12; $25 for ages 13 and up; and $55 for a family of up to six people. For more information or to register, visit goldentornadoscholasticfoundation.org/tuff-tornado.
