Betty Luceil Ehrman, 80, of Butler died Sunday at her home.

Born Feb. 10, 1927, in Butler, she was daughter of Robert and Pearl Dinger Christy.

She had worked at the Willard Hotel, Castle Rubber and the Eagles Lodge.

Mrs. Ehrman was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Vernon L. "Ben" Ehrman; two sons, Ronald L. Ehrman of Hooker and Jerry L. Ehrman of Butler; a daughter, Sherry L. Ehrman of Littleton, Colo.; six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Ehrman, who died in September 2006; a brother, and three sisters.

<B>EHRMAN </B>— Friends of Betty Luceil Ehrman, who died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>Martin Funeral Home</B>, 429 Center Ave. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. James Dolan officiating. Burial will be at the Greenlawn Burial Estates, Mount Chestnut.The bereavement group of St. Michael the Archangel Parish will hold a scriptural wake service at 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.Information also is available at www.martinfh.net.
