William Webb Jr. and Sydney Staggers

A June 2 wedding is being planned by Sydney Staggers and William Webb Jr., both of Morgantown, W.Va.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ralph and Jan Staggers of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are William and Monica Webb of Bethel, Conn.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Butler High School, a 2004 graduate of West Virginia University, a 2006 graduate of Emerson College and is attending West Virginia University to earn her Ph.D.

She is employed by MedExpress Urgent Care in Morgantown.

Her fiance graduated in 1995 from Bethel High School and in 1999 from the University of Connecticut.

He is employed by Bank of America.
