Stephen H. Fox, 48, of Sligo died at 9:40 p.m. Nov. 4 at his home after a sudden illness.

Born July 13, 1959, in Butler, he was a son of Harold and Burnice Stephens Fox.

He was a self-employed coal truck driver and primarily worked from the Piney Creek Power Plant near Clarion.

Mr. Fox enjoyed riding horses and farming and was a member of the Clarion County Farm Bureau.

He married the former Myrna J. Weckerly on May 17, 1980. She survives along with a daughter, Stephenie Fox of Sligo; a son, Jeremy Fox and his friend, Amanda Brocklehurst, of Sligo; his parents of West Freedom; a sister and her husband, Deanna and Melvin Yori of Hawthorn; and a brother and his wife, Rodney and Pam Fox of Parker.

<B>FOX </B>— Services for Stephen H. Fox, who died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2007, were Thursday with a family friend, Greg McCall and the Rev. Dan Myers, pastor of the Mount Joy United Methodist Church, co-officiating.
