Ralph A. Perri, 91, of Negley Avenue died Wednesday at Sunnyview Home.

Born Jan. 3, 1916, in Cowansville, he was the son of Angelo and Catherine Mondredi Perri.

Mr. Perri was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during World War II.

He was retired from the track repair and maintenance department at Pullman Standard Car Co. in Butler, where he worked for 25 years until his retirement in 1980.

Mr. Perri was a sports fan and especially enjoyed Butler High School football and Penn State University football.

He was a lifelong member of the St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

He is survived by a son, Ralph R. Perri and his wife, Marlene, of Hagerstown, Md.; a daughter, Mrs. Larry (Ruth) Ingraham of Mechanicville, N.Y.; five grandchildren, Regan Elizabeth Perri, Joseph Perri, Vincent Perri, Mrs. Edwin (Debra) Cho and Mrs. Patrick (Pamela) Conner; a great-grandson, Griffin Cho; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances M. Smith Perri, whom he married June 15, 1946, and who died Oct. 23, 2006; four brothers, Louis, Joseph, Peter and Philip, and two sisters, Mary Vavro and Jean Fefick. Mr. Perri was the last member of his immediate family.

<B>PERRI — </B>Friends of Ralph A. Perri, who died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the <B>GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, </B>201 E. Cunningham St. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Butler with the Rev. James Dolan, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery.
