I do not understand some people's idea of taking away form someone instead of lifting other people up! Wouldn't we all benefit from a concerted effort to raise wages for everyone and focus on improving health and safety issues throughout our businesses? Instead, I hear people who want to take away from someone or saying they make too much money.... says who? Let's strive to improve and that may mean negotiating with an employer through contracts and discussions.
