Beighley

Barry Bruce Beighley, 58, of Pine Township, Mercer County, died at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday at the Grove City Medical Center after a yearlong illness.

Born Jan. 21, 1949, in Grove City, he was the son of the late Raymond Paul Beighley and the late Iola June Briggs

He retired in 2005 from the Social Security Administration in Boyers, where he was in office maintenance since 1973.

He was a Protestant.

He was a 1967 graduate of Grove City High School and a 1971 graduate of Slippery Rock University. He enjoyed his family, fly fishing, gardening and writing poetry.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Mae Winder, whom he married June 16, 1973; a son, David M. Beighley of Fairmont, W.V.; a sister, Tana Beighley, of Grove City, and two grandsons.

<B>BEIGHLEY</B> — Funeral services for Barry Bruce Beighley, who died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at <B>Cunningham Funeral Home</B>, 306 Bessemer Ave., Grove City, with the Rev. G. Kenton Shaw, minister of visitation at Wayside Community Church, officiating.Visitation hours will be from 1 p.m. Sunday until the 2 p.m. service.Burial will be in Crestview Memorial Park, Grove City.
