Mary Jordan Harper, 98, of West Mayfield died Wednesday at Countryside Home in Mercer.

Born May 16, 1909, in Chicago, she was the daughter of Michael and Susan Burger Jordon. She married Roy Harper in 1932, and she was a member of the Chippewa Alliance Church.

She was a resident of West Mayfield since 1931.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1996, a sister, and five brothers.

Surviving are two brothers, Charles Jordon of Chippewa and Fred Jordon of Mercer; three sisters, Julia Jordon of Mercer, Ann Lakin of Asheville, N.C., and Kathryn Booze of Chippewa; and many nieces and nephews.

<B>HARPER</B> — Friends of Mary Jordon Harper, who died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007, will be received from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service Monday at <B>Campbell's Beaver Falls Funeral Home</B>, 14th Street and Eighth Avenue, Beaver Falls. Services will be officiated by the Rev.
