Howard L. Gallagher, 78, of Lakeland, Fla., died Wednesday, Dec. 12 of heart failure.

He was born Oct. 2, 1929.

Mr. Gallagher had worked at Armco-Butler Works for 37 years.

Surviving are his wife, Margaret Gallagher; three children, Howard V. Gallagher of Harrisburg, N.C., and Sheila E. Stovar and Ronald C. Gallagher, both of Butler; and six grandchildren.
