Kevin, if you are saying school board members are never at fault in contract negotiations, then you are totally wrong. If you are against teacher strikes, then what do you think should be done if a school board is being totally unreasonable? Finally, teachers make a SALARY, they do not get paid per hour. People obviously do not understand the concept of a SALARY.
